Who we are
WellSATness was founded by Sophie Teasdale
After years of experiencing anxiety and depression, in 2021 a breakdown of a relationship was the catalyst for change. I knew I had to start from scratch and focus on my wellbeing. Through yoga and sound baths, I found sustainable ways to help ease my anxiety, calm my nervous system and focus my mind. I also found community, somewhere I could go by myself morning, noon and night that was around positive minded people.
I wanted to create a space to give you the power to find what feels right for you. Sharing achievable ways that can be used daily to reset your nervous system from a sympathetic ‘fight or flight’ state to a ‘rest and digest’ parasympathetic state. Not only does WellSATness create bespoke sound experiences, we listen to what you need using different techniques for you to carry forward with you on your wellness journey.

Sophie is an accredited Sound Healing Practitioner (IPHM) trained by Lauren Raby at Saiki School of Sound, Mental Health First Aid trained & Level 3 Emergency First Aid Trained.
