WellSATness was founded by Sophie Teasdale with a focus to share accessible ways to move from ‘fight or flight’ to a restorative & relaxed state within our mind, body and soul. Through Sound Baths, Yoga, Somatics, taking Action and Talking, we can make positive changes for ourselves.

WellSATness believes in self empowerment, self love & kindness creating a nurturing community through yoga & sound experiences.
Sound Healing is a wonderful balance of spiritual and scientific, working with subtle energies within us.
The gentle vibrations produced by sound instruments help to calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety & promote a sense of inner calm.
Movement alleviates anxiety and stress by releasing "feel-good" chemicals like endorphins, which reduce the impact of stress hormones like cortisol. Yoga improves our mood, sleep, and self-esteem.
